A New York minute

Hi everyone! Thank you for visiting my blog once again. This time I wanted to tell you a bit about my last trip to New York. I feel that there is nothing I may say about the city that you don’t already know, so I decided to share a more personal entry about the beautiful NYC. Let me know what you think in the comments below!

My last trip to NYC: Short but sweet and full of possibility

In a New York minute, a line of two becomes ten and then twenty at one of The Halal Guys food trucks, and suddenly a few strangers become warm company in the cold midnight air of April.

In a New York minute a local and a tourist are connected by the same feeling while weeping for a character at a Broadway show.

In a New York minute a man discovers the meaning of life and the purpose of the universe while walking around Central Park.

In a New York minute friendships begin while sharing a slice of pizza after a night of Karaoke.

In a New York minute profound silence fills the World Trade Center memorial in the lower end of Manhattan while laughter takes over the High Line echoing through buildings and blending with taxi horns on the West Side, reminding everyone that the city is more alive than ever.

In a New York minute a 20-something year old voluptuous confidence struts down a street in Soho reminding passersby that her strength comes from within and the eccentric outfit is just for fun (because she can).

In a New York minute a taxi driver shares the story about his arrival to the city. A couple of girls hug each other on a street corner and pick a restaurant for brunch. A tourist learns the proper pronunciation of South of Houston St. and a picture-perfect couple of aspiring blogger/photographer is found capturing the picture-perfect New York minute for Instagram.

In a New York minute, a blind date turns into love at first sight.

In a New York minute you find yourself in pursuit of magic.
